Hotel Information The convention will be held at "The Showplace" in Mechanicsville, Virginia, on the north-east side of the city of Richmond. The map below gives you an approximate location and the various major road ways to gain a reference. Also, the airport is included in the shot:

There are plenty of places to eat within a 5 mile radius. Additionally there are hotels at the juncture of 360 & 295 and near the air port. So accommodations should not be an issue. Below are some options for you to choose from when booking a hotel. Use the group name "Tiller Con" when making reservations at any of these hotels. We have 25 room reserved here for the nights of 6/17 & 6/18. Reservations must be made prior to May 27th or the remaining rooms will be released and any other people will have to be the going rate, which during the summer is about $20.00 more a night. This hotel is probably the best for those driving in from the North. It's right off I-295 & Hwy 360. Two other Hotel's are pending...will post that data when I have it. There is an abundance of parking at the facility as well, so no worries about where you will put your vehicle. |
