 Besides the amount of space this facility offers, the flexibility with food was a big deciding factor. By using the Showpalce we are not obligated to use any catering services, which is good news being as at least half the people voted to "eat out". So, this aspect of the event is going to be very flexible. For those that wish to eat out all of their meals, they can certainly do so. For those that wish to eat in most of the time, we can make arrangements for that as well. Lunches can easily be provided by making a "bulk" run to the local Sam's Club or Wal-Mart. The facility will provide ice for us, and we can go from there. For dinner we can order pizza one night, then something else for Saturday. Below is a table Ernie & his wife came up with to give us a good idea of what it would costs us to eat by purchasing "bulk". |
