Schedule of EventsThe schedule for the convention will be as follows: Friday - 25th 4:30 PM - John Tiller Software Team gathers in event room to depart to dinner. 5:00 - 7:00 PM - Team Dinner 7:00 - 10:00 PM - John Tiller Software Team Meeting in hotel event room. Non-team attendees may wish to meet in the hotel restaurant or bar for an "ice breaker" during this time. Saturday - 26th 8:00 AM - Doors open - Open gaming throughout the day. 12:00 PM - ACW Series discussion group. 2:00 PM - Jim Lunsford presentation on Decisive Action its use within the U.S. Army and Professional Military Education. 4:00 PM - Gary "Mo" Morgan presentation on the Modern Air Power series and its use within the U.S. Air Force and Professional Military Education. 6:00 PM - Greg "Sturm" Smith presentation on wargame design and the origins of the panzer campaigns series. Also, Glenn Saunders & Dave "Blackie" Blackburn presentation on scenario design within the Panzer Campaigns series, followed by group discussion on the series. 8:00 PM - Prize drawings for all attendees. 8:30 PM - Live musical performance by Tom & Lee Hook. 12:00 AM - Doors close for night. Sunday - 27th 8:00 AM - Doors open - Open gaming throughout the day. 12:00 PM - Napoleonic / EAW Series discussion group. 2:00 PM - Squad Battles Series discussion group. 4:00 PM - Ancient Warfare series discussion group with Paul Bruffell. 6:00 PM - Discussion group on remaining games - Modern & Naval Campaigns, as attendees wish. 8:00 PM - Awards Ceremony for Panzer Campaigns Team Competition 12:00 AM - Doors close for night. Monday - 28th 8:00 AM - Doors open - Open gaming throughout the day. TBA - Doors will close when last man is done gaming. |
