FoodThere are two resturaunts at the hotel, plus numerous others in the local area, so no special food arrangements will be made. However we will be looking into the hotel providing a concession stand for the event, so snacks and drinks can be purchased. This must be run through the hotel though, per their guidelines. Meet & Greet - we will also be working on coordinating a "ice breaking" event for Friday night so people can get together before things get rolling to chat and visit. Stay tuned for more info. |
