05/15/05 Wrapping up the planning stages now...a couple of special notes for people that are attending:

Everyone should bring a set of headphones as I will not have speakers for the computers, and if you want it, a seat cushion.

The hotel will be releasing any remaining rooms to the general public on 5/17...so if you haven't made your reservations yet, please do!

For anyone who hasn't already paid, you can do so when you arrive. There will be no special discounts given though...all standard ticket prices apply, even if you'll only be there one afternoon. Sorry, too many expenses to do otherwise.

And finally, I will be sending an e-mail out to everyone that I have a confirmation from with my cell phone number, so you can call if you have problems finding the place, etc. Check your inbox, and if youa ren't sure if you are on the list, shoot me an e-mail...see the link at the bottom of this page.

04/01/05 Please note that it is not to late to purchase your tickets. The initial deadline was to make a "go/no-go" decision on the event. That decision has passed and we are moving forward. Plenty of room for anyone who wants to come for one, two or all three days!

03/20/05 Posted the next batch of game challenges for the event, see the Content page for updates. Also added in France '40 from the games to choose from.

02/19/05 Posted the next batch of game challenges for the event, see the Content page for updates. Also, if you want to challenge one of the people listed in a current slot, just click on their name. An e-mail will be created in your e-mail program and you can mail them about it. Just let me know what details you come up with and I will get them posted.

The forum, linked at the left, can also be used to post for challegnes.

02/09/05 Posted the next batch of game challenges for the event, see the Content page for updates. Also, we have a solid confirmation on the event, so travel plans and such can be made as needed.

Additionally, there will be 2 new HPS games making their appearance here prior to being released to the general public.

Also please note that Saturday morning the 18th has been blocked off until 11:00 AM so John Tiller and Team can conduct a business meeting on the premises. So, might be a good time to go out and check out a battlefield, before the virtual fields open back up!

01/22/05 Posted the next batch of game challenges for the event, see the Content page for updates.

01/16/05 Posted the second batch of game challenges for the event, see the Content page for updates. I encourage people to register for game slots, but if you do, please also get your deposit in...either that or wait until you can make your deposit, so that people who will definitely be able to make it can have first choice of slots. You can make your deposit off the Cost page. Thanks.

12/04/04 - Posted some various maps on the Location page and also details on one of the hotels I've set up group rate arrangements with. I'm still working on a couple near the airport. Also posted a floor plan to give people a general idea of what the setup will be like, on the Content page.
